The internet today as we know is one of the most tools in
the world for such tasks, as work, gathering information, the news, and
multiple other assignments. Though it is a reliable tool to use for almost
anything you could do it also has its challenges especially in the modern
times. One of the biggest legal issues with the internet is our privacy.
Privacy in simple terms is information or activity you
withheld from the public. The public doesn’t know about what you do other than
what you normally do such as work. On social media, you can have the option to
privatize certain information that you think can be tampered with by others.
Such information such as a phone number, email address, or relationships can be

some acts to our privacy to make absolute sure that our privacy is guaranteed
to never be seen or altered.
Another legal issue with internet is how children explore
it. It is quite a challenge to actually handle how children explore the web
since the internet is becoming a part of our culture in the modern times. There
isn’t really any practical solution for children to avoid mature content but
there has been website blocks in schools such gaming sites, social media, and
porn sites.
One other annoying issue with the modern internet is spam.
Spam congest networks making them difficult to read also they can cause viruses
to your computer or laptop not only those problems but it makes you trust the
internet a little less. Internetsociety.org tries to figure a way out to try to
reduce the number of spam on a website and improve the internet. The
organization has developed a project to combat spam. They also want an
effective law that deals with spam and how to fight it.
